For this reason, only the producers able to guarantee the traceability and origin of the products presented participate in the competition. Thanks to an important network of partnerships, a team of professionals and a jury of international importance, the contest is considered the most important oil competition in Italy and included in the top five international competitions dedicated to EVOO products.
